PreVenture is proud to partner with the Province of Prince Edward Island to bring the PreVenture Program to Grade 8 students across the island. Approximately 300 students from the Public Schools Branch and la Commission scolaire de langue française will take part in the pilot.
In addition, PreVenture congratulates the Province on prioritizing mental health and well-being through its recent mandate letter, which advances prevention, wellness, and population health by supporting “youth-focused prevention initiatives, including substance use prevention, school-based programming, and evidence-based programs such as PreVenture”.
